  • Please bring your completed new patient paperwork, driver’s license, and insurance card (if applicable).
  • If you have insurance, our insurance coordinators will evaluate your coverage and help to provide an estimate of what your insurance covers. 
  • After your examination, Dr. Lehan and his staff will educate you on what your needs and treatment options are.
  • Before leaving, our insurance coordinator will provide an estimate of what your out-of-pocket expenses may be and will schedule your next appointment. If further financial arrangements need to be made, we will help provide you with other options.
